In person we run specials not found on the website. Contact us if you’ve received a special quote in person or if you’re ready to customize your next purchase.
- We are currently observing safer-at-home and will be available for custom orders and online shopping only at this time. In person events will be announced on our Instagram account once available. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit card payments securely and online via Square, First Data, Shopify and PayPal.
If you receive your item and it does not fit, you can exchange it for alteration or customization, or for an item of equal value. We will ship the replacement item and provide you with a return paid postage envelope to return the initial purchased item. If it is a clothing item, it cannot be worn or washed. You have a 7 day period from the date of delivery to exchange your item.
If at anytime we cannot send an item, we will notify you as soon as possible and send a full refund including shipping.

CUSTOM JEWELRY FITTINGS & APPOINTMENTS
Please allow up to 3 weeks for custom orders. Timing will depend on the item. Estimated timing will be provided if it is outside of the estimated 2-3 week window. Majority of custom orders are completed within 1-2 week window unless rare stones are being requested.
Custom orders come with one free in-store fitting at our showroom in Los Angeles. Please email email@example.com, Attn: Scheduling.
You will have 30 days to email us to book a custom fitting, should you need any adjustments. Thereafter service fees apply for adjustments.
For our customers out-of-state, we welcome you to email us any specific instructions upon ordering regarding sizing and custom fit.
